At our San Diego branch, our Infrastructure Technicians and Level II Technicians are the backbone of our operations, expertly handling tasks from measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit with precision tools to building closets, installing grounding for racks, equipment, and cable as required. They ensure the effective performance of their crews, providing necessary training and coordinating personnel and timelines to complete projects while adhering to all company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards. Our Lead Infrastructure Technicians take this a step further by running major project crews, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines, coordinating with Project Managers for productivity and compliance with project budgets, performing quality checks, serving as the main on-site contact for customers, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
