Our team of Site Survey Technicians in San Francisco plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of migration projects. Working closely with project managers, they follow the migration schedule and lead kick-off meetings with various locations to explain the data collection and requirements process. They conduct thorough onsite assessments, collecting accurate data to be entered into the site survey document and updating our web-based company site survey tool. Additionally, they gather crucial information such as wiring details, network device configurations, and circuit details, ensuring all necessary information is gathered for proper provisioning. They are responsible for reviewing and modifying submitted spreadsheets, ensuring all required information is filled, and acting as the point person for the onsite project manager to ensure timely completion of site surveys. Our Site Survey Technicians are expected to actively participate in all project phases, including pre-migration work and migrations, and handle any additional data collection as needed.
