What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' San Francisco Branch?
Our branch in San Francisco is currently seeking Junior System Administrators and System Administrators to join our team. As Junior System Administrators, our employees will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. They will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform diagnostics of system issues, and provide support to the IT team. Additionally, they will provide remote IT support using remote control software and support hardware such as Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, Canon printers, and Cisco network equipment. On the other hand, as System Administrators, our employees will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and related hardware and software, and assist Helpdesk Administrators in preparing devices for end users. They will provide second and third level telephone support and problem resolution, diagnose network issues, and provide support to the IT team. They will also provide remote IT support using remote control software and support hardware such as Lenovo servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and various network equipment. Both positions will provide users with network, PC, and software technical support, assist with server maintenance, and perform other assigned responsibilities.
