The Training Department Coordinator in our San Francisco branch is responsible for managing and tracking all training records, including technical, job-specific, and safety training. They coordinate internal and external training programs, send class reminders to participants, and ensure proper classroom set-up and catering. Additionally, they maintain the training schedule and calendar, enroll participants in external training courses, and assist with the scheduling of quality audits. They also format, print, and distribute required training materials, coordinate with training vendors, and manage training records, such as sending reminders to employees on continuing education requirements and renewal of certificates. The Training Department Coordinator also assists the team with training video creation and editing, and handles other assigned responsibilities.
