Our branch in San Francisco is currently seeking a Travel Manager who will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and supervising all travel-related staff. They will also be in charge of providing guidance and mentoring to meet company goals and objectives, as well as updating relevant travel policies and communicating them to the company. The Travel Manager will negotiate vendor pricing and assist in arranging company-sponsored events. They will ensure accurate and timely expense reporting, assist Travel Coordinators with making travel arrangements, and maintain travel-related records and documents. Additionally, the Travel Manager will work with representatives from AMEX and Concur to stay updated on the latest travel reporting and processes. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
