In our San Jose branch, the Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor roles are pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. The DCIS Project Manager is tasked with overseeing project staff, managing workload distribution, maintaining project profitability, and acting as a liaison with clients to foster account improvements. They also play a crucial role in quality and safety management, financial reporting, and participating in the estimate and bid process for projects. On the other hand, the Data Center Supervisor focuses on executing scheduled data center moves, adds, changes (MACs), hardware installation MACs, and providing smart-hands assistance within specified SLA response times. This role also encompasses shift scheduling, team meetings, KPI report generation, asset management, and maintaining site security protocols to ensure a safe and compliant operating environment. Both positions collaborate closely to deliver on customer needs while adhering to company goals and objectives, highlighting their importance within our San Jose operations.
