The Security Systems Field Engineer in our Santa Clara branch is responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems in a senior service support role. They are skilled in testing and troubleshooting system components and functions, as well as verifying connections, labels, installation, and work quality in the field. With a deep understanding of advanced system drawings, specifications, and technical manuals, they are capable of creating shop drawings and submittals for new project kick-off. Working with little supervision, they manage the technical work in the field, providing support to field staff and project managers. Additionally, they oversee the technical aspects of projects, perform quality-checks, test equipment and functionality, and create punch lists.
