As Project Coordinators in our Stockton branch, the primary duties include effective cooperation and communication with the Project Manager and team members. This involves preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, as well as managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing and uploading test results with the Testing Administrator on a daily basis, reviewing drawings, physically measuring rooms for accurate specifications, and performing miscellaneous project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance. Coordinating with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain project implementation calendars, preserving confidential information, working with minimal supervision, and handling multiple projects simultaneously are also essential. Other duties involve assisting the program accounting department by spot checking labor, material, other-expenses, and subcontractor costs, analyzing cost and resource graphs, tracking program level billing and reporting metrics, creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, performing reporting audits, maintaining program level dashboards, and providing necessary elements for issuing weekly/monthly reports. Periodic changes of duties may be required upon request, and participation in project closeout is also expected.
