What will you do as a Project Controller at our IES Communications' Aurora Branch?
Our branch in Aurora is currently seeking a Project Controller. This role involves assisting project managers with budget development and chart of accounts for each project, as well as tracking job costs from start to completion. The Project Controller will also forecast total billing costs, ensure contract compliance, and provide assistance with open items resolution. Efficient job close-out and collaboration with timekeeper, payroll, and other project controls employees are essential. The ability to read and understand a project schedule, as well as experience with MS Project or P6 Primavera, is beneficial. Knowledge of cost and resource loaded project schedules is also advantageous. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
