They maintain project status reports, track critical milestones, and ensure proper completion of commissioning. Staff training is also a responsibility, developing a training plan and recommending specific courses for field staff. Process improvement is key, continuously developing and improving processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and product quality. They also coordinate communication between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and recognition.
