What duties do our Warehouse employees do at our IES Communications' Aurora Branch?

In Aurora, our branch offers a range of jobs in the warehouse and fabrication industry. The Fabrication Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing profit and loss, forecasting staffing needs, and overseeing internal orders, safety, quality, and tooling requirements. They also coordinate with operation teams, develop CAD/BIM programs, manage installation schedules, and maintain tooling and inventory management. The Materials Operation Specialist is responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, as well as conducting cycle counts, managing daily logs, and maintaining the IES facility. They also handle material entry into the inventory database, load and unload goods, and operate forklifts and company vehicles. The Warehouse Assistant performs similar tasks to the Materials Operation Specialist, including packaging, labeling, and tagging inventory, conducting cycle counts, managing daily logs, and maintaining warehouse quality.
