At our Colorado Springs branch, the Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor roles are pivotal to our operations. The DCIS Project Manager is tasked with overseeing project staff from recruitment through to training, managing, and potentially discharging, ensuring all human resource issues are handled in line with company policies. This role also requires active participation in customer delivery and installation processes, maintaining project profitability, quality, and safety standards while acting as a liaison between the company and our clients. On the other hand, our Data Center Supervisor directly supports data center operations by managing Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), hardware installations, shift schedules, team meetings, and HR duties. They ensure operational readiness, maintain site security protocols, provide smart-hands assistance within specified SLA response times, and coordinate equipment/material logistics.
