These employees will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, as well as providing first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. They will also assist the IT team in server maintenance and provide remote IT support with remote control software, as well as identifying and resolving computer system malfunctions and operations problems.
