What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Colorado Springs Branch?
The Project Coordinator in Colorado Springs is responsible for effectively communicating and cooperating with the Project Manager and team members, coordinating and monitoring weekly updates, managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. They also review and upload test results, physically measure rooms, and perform various project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance and subcontractor coordination. The role also involves analyzing cost and resource graphs, tracking program level billing and reporting, creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, performing reporting audits, and maintaining program level dashboards. The Project Coordinator must be able to work with little supervision, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and assist in project closeout.
