What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Denver Branch?

Our branch in Denver is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure effective cooperation and communication. The main responsibilities of this role include preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, managing workload distribution, and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. The Project Coordinator will also review and upload test results, review drawings, and physically measure rooms to ensure accuracy. Additionally, they will assist the program accounting department by spot checking labor, material, and subcontractor costs, analyze cost and resource graphs, and interact and track program level billing and reporting. The Project Coordinator should be able to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality. They will also be responsible for creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, performing reporting audits, and participating in project closeout activities.
