What will you do as a Strategic Accounts Director at our IES Communications' Denver Branch?
The Director of Strategic Accounts in our Denver branch is responsible for ensuring effective management of human resource issues by Program Managers, escalating as necessary according to company policies and procedures. They review recommendations made by Program Managers for Project Managers' performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes, providing guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals. The Director approves recommendations for subordinate Project Managers' performance ratings and develops strategies for managing project profitability. They also review financial reporting to customers and management, manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, act as a company liaison with customer representatives, and implement account process improvements. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
