Our Audio Visual Designer is tasked with creating sophisticated AV solutions, from reviewing site surveys to designing customer-specific systems and producing detailed documentation. This role demands a deep understanding of architectural drawings and cutting-edge AV products like AMX, Biamp, and Crestron, among others. Meanwhile, our AV Field Engineers (I & II) play crucial roles in troubleshooting, system commissioning, and providing advanced support both in-house and on-site, ensuring high-quality installations and client satisfaction. The AV Programmer brings these designs to life through code, crafting user-friendly interfaces that meet our rigorous standards. On the management side, the Audio Visual Project Manager and Superintendent oversee project execution, staff coordination, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients' expectations. Lastly, our Technical Manager ensures all projects adhere to AV9000 quality standards, overseeing training and compliance across teams, while our Senior Audiovisual Field Engineer leads in diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues, setting the standard for technical excellence.
