In our Washington DC branches, we're proud to have a dedicated team of Data Center Technicians across various levels, all contributing to the seamless operation and maintenance of our data centers. Our Level I Technicians are the backbone, handling everything from hardware installations to ensuring compliance with security protocols. They work closely with customers, providing smart-hands assistance and maintaining detailed records of their activities. Moving up, our Level II Technicians share similar responsibilities but bring a deeper understanding of server and network components, playing a crucial role in troubleshooting and supporting our infrastructure. The expertise further deepens at Level III, where technicians not only support day-to-day operations but also contribute to process improvements and coordinate complex projects. At the top, our Lead Data Center Technicians oversee all scheduled moves/adds/changes (MACs), ensure operational compliance, and maintain high standards for service availability and performance. Across all levels, our team is committed to providing exceptional support, maintaining a secure and efficient operating environment, and continuously improving our data center operations to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
