They're tasked with mastering various manufacturer warranty processes, managing their workloads efficiently, and staying ahead of updates from manufacturers and vendors—all while providing essential support to our Tempe branch through labeling services and customer submittal requests. Meanwhile, our Sales Support Specialists focus on streamlining pre-qualification procedures, maintaining up-to-date vendor relationships, and supporting our sales team with RFPs/RFQs preparation, among other responsibilities.
