What duties do our Data Center employees do at our IES Communications' Washington Branch?

At our Washington branch, the Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor roles are pivotal in ensuring operational excellence. The DCIS Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from staffing and training to managing profitability and customer relations, while also engaging directly in the delivery and installation processes to meet both customer and company objectives. They ensure job cost accuracy, lead quality and safety initiatives, and drive process improvements. Meanwhile, the Data Center Supervisor focuses on executing Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), maintaining hardware support, asset management, and ensuring compliance with data protection and security protocols. Both roles collaborate closely to maintain high service availability, manage team schedules, and uphold site standards, contributing to the seamless operation of our Washington facility.
