In Washington, our branch offers two job positions: Junior Network Administrator and Senior Network Administrator. Both roles involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They also assist in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. Additionally, they identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and perform diagnostics of network issues. The hardware supported includes Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. Both positions provide technical support to users and perform network troubleshooting. They also assist in the administration and maintenance of IP-based telephony systems and help with server maintenance. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
