What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Washington Branch?
Our Washington branch is seeking Project Coordinators who can effectively communicate with the Project Manager and team members, manage workload distribution, monitor customer delivery and job installation progress, and review and upload test results. They must also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, analyze cost and resource graphs, and create complex Excel spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs. Additionally, they will assist the program accounting department, perform reporting audits, and participate in project closeout.
