What will you do as a Sales Account Manager at our IES Communications' Washington Branch?
As Sales Account Managers at our branch in Washington, our employees are responsible for ensuring that sales development and closure adhere to company guidelines. They manage the overall distribution of workload and cultivate industry and client relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to build a successful book of business. Our employees also focus on maintaining positive internal relationships to foster team cohesion in a dynamic work environment. They oversee and monitor the prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, bid preparation, proposal submittal, contracting, and closed sales turnover processes of the branch. Additionally, our Sales Account Managers provide periodic reporting on status to management and customers, review and monitor sales department goals, and address any inconsistencies or corrections required. They act as the senior company liaison for sales interface with customer representatives, lead sales meetings and training sessions, and fulfill other assigned responsibilities. Regular attendance is mandatory for these roles.
