The Sales Operations Support Specialist and Sales Support Specialist positions in Washington both involve a variety of administrative duties. The Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for processing warranty requests, monitoring manufacturer and vendor websites, and maintaining detailed information on rebate dollars and coupon management. They also provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for organizing and maintaining prequalification folders, assisting with RFPs/RFQs, and maintaining project experience and reference folders. They also assist with PowerPoint presentations and enforce company policies and safety requirements. Both positions require self-management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
