They oversee the warehouse staff, managing their tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This includes handling all deliveries, organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, and managing tooling. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager creates job kits for large projects and establishes a process for their management. They are also responsible for creating tech kits for service technicians and implementing a process to manage them effectively. Furthermore, they create and manage an installation team that specializes in prefabricating fiber and copper for larger Data Center installations. The Warehouse Manager also conducts thorough inspections of storage cages, creating a comprehensive database of information and establishing a process for the removal of unused inventory. Lastly, they undertake any other assigned responsibilities to contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
