What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Atlanta Branch?
Our Atlanta branch employs Junior and Senior Network Administrators who are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, diagnose network issues, and provide remote IT support with remote control software. They also assist with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems and perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. Other responsibilities include configuring network devices for new deployments and assisting the IT team in server maintenance.
