In Augusta, our branch is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of low voltage projects from initiation to completion. This includes ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met, collaborating with branch and division managers to define program vision and strategy, supervising and mentoring a team of experts, coordinating communication between sales and pre-construction teams, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, developing project scope and budget plans, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks, implementing quality control measures, maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting, driving continuous improvement, and managing stakeholder communication.
