What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Columbus Branch?
Our branch in Columbus is currently seeking both a Junior Network Administrator and a Senior Network Administrator. The Junior Network Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, provide first and second level telephone support, and identify and resolve computer system malfunctions. Additionally, they will perform network diagnostics and provide remote IT support. The Senior Network Administrator, on the other hand, will ensure that company standards and procedures are followed. They will have similar responsibilities to the Junior Network Administrator but will also assist Helpdesk Administrators and ensure the administration and maintenance of IP-based telephony systems. Both positions will support the IT team and perform other assigned responsibilities.
