What will you do as an Office Manager at our IES Communications' Columbus Branch?

We are currently seeking individuals to fill the roles of Office Manager and Office Support Manager at our branch in Columbus. The Office Manager will be responsible for analyzing and researching various files and reports, as well as maintaining job books and developing reports for manufacturer's rebates and certifications. They will also handle office supply ordering, property assignments, and expense reimbursements. Additionally, the Office Manager will coordinate sales meetings and training, supervise the receptionist, and assist with customer sales calls. The Office Support Manager will have similar responsibilities, including file analysis and job book maintenance, but will also manage division support staff and drive proactive reporting for billing, procurement, and document control. Both positions require experience, judgment, and the ability to plan and accomplish goals through creativity and flexibility.
