What will you do as a Recruiting Manager at our IES Communications' Columbus Branch?
As a Recruiting Manager in our Columbus branch, your duties will include working closely with internal teams and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts. This will involve assisting with both external and internal hiring, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing comprehensive recruitment campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization, managing the recruitment process and life cycle, and providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and the HR team. Additionally, you may be involved in developing specialized or competitive intelligence and research related to talent development or retention. You will also counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and the corporate environment, and utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and internet sourcing. Furthermore, you will work with hiring managers and the HR Director to develop job descriptions, participate in employment events, and utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants throughout the selection phase.
