In Columbus, our employees work as Superintendents who are responsible for managing all aspects of project-related staff. They recruit, hire, train, supervise, and discipline employees as needed. The Superintendent acts as the senior company liaison for operational interface with customer representatives and ensures that deadlines are met per customer requirements. They manage overall workload distribution, staffing levels, and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress. The Superintendent also performs quality checks, troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, and develops and implements process improvements as required. They actively promote safety as the first priority and manage tool and truck inventory/maintenance.
