What will you do as a Training Coordinator at our IES Communications' Columbus Branch?
As the Training Department Coordinator in Columbus, you will be responsible for managing and tracking all training records, including technical, job-specific, and safety training. You will coordinate internal and external training programs, send class reminders to participants, and manage classroom set-up and catering. Additionally, you will maintain the training schedule and calendar, enroll participants in external training courses, and assist with the scheduling of quality audits in the IESOS system. Other responsibilities include formatting, printing, and distributing required training materials, coordinating with training vendors, and managing training records, such as sending out reminders to employees on continuing education requirements and assisting with training video creation and editing.
