What will you do as a Project Controller at our IES Communications' Suwanee Branch?
As our employees in Suwanee, the Project Controllers will be responsible for assisting project managers with budget development and chart of accounts for each project. They will track job costs from start to completion and forecast total billing cost for project managers and clients. They will also ensure contract compliance of project billing rates and details and provide assistance on resolution of open items with customers. The Project Controllers will assure efficient job close-out and work closely with timekeeper, payroll and other project controls employees. They must be able to read and understand a project schedule and have MS Project or P6 Primavera experience. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of what a cost and resource loaded project schedule is. Other duties as assigned by manager.
