The Director of Strategic Accounts in our branch in Altoona is responsible for ensuring that Program Managers effectively handle all human resource issues according to company policies and procedures. They review the recommendations made by Program Managers regarding the performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes of Project Managers. The Director provides guidance and mentoring to Program Managers to help them achieve customer and company goals. They also approve recommendations for subordinate Program Managers' performance ratings and develop strategies to manage project profitability. Additionally, they review financial reporting to both the customer and management, manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, and develop strategies to ensure compliance with quality and safety policies. The Director acts as a liaison between the company and customer representative(s), implements account process improvements, and performs other assigned responsibilities.
