What duties do our Payroll employees do at our IES Communications' Cedar Rapids Branch?

Our branch in Cedar Rapids is currently seeking individuals for the roles of Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor, as well as Senior Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor will be responsible for reviewing time and attendance reports, identifying errors and exceptions to policy, and partnering with managers to ensure corrections are made. They will also be responsible for maintaining progress reports and providing recurring reporting to Company Leadership. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, handling employee and business partner queries, and analyzing and processing off-cycle pay, special payments, adjustments, and reversals. They will also assist with monthly journal entries and other responsibilities as assigned. Both positions require strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and team members.
