They excel in building closets, mounting and installing backboards, and ensuring proper grounding for racks, equipment, and cables. Observing installed systems for potential hazards and making necessary adjustments is a critical part of their role. Their expertise extends to fabricating and installing various types of conduits and raceway and cable tray systems. Leadership within these roles involves assuming responsibility for crew performance, providing essential training, coordinating personnel and timelines to ensure project completion, and adhering to all company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards. The Lead Infrastructure Technician further distinguishes themselves by running major project crews, initiating performance-related communications, and serving as the primary on-site contact for customers.
