What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Charlotte Branch?
Our branch in Charlotte is currently seeking both a Junior Network Administrator and a Senior Network Administrator. The Junior Network Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also provide first and second level telephone support, diagnose network issues, and provide remote IT support. The Senior Network Administrator will ensure that company standards and procedures are followed, and will have similar responsibilities to the Junior Network Administrator, but with additional tasks such as assisting with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems. Both positions require knowledge of various hardware and software, including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and Cisco network equipment.
