They work closely with managers to correct any identified errors and promote adherence to Time and Attendance policies. The Analyst also maintains progress reports and provides recurring reporting to Company Leadership, while collaborating with multiple departments and team members for program success. The Senior Payroll Specialist, on the other hand, handles data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They also assist with various payroll-related tasks such as off-cycle pay, garnishment calculations, and Certified Payroll reporting. Additionally, the Specialist helps with monthly journal entries, analysis, and adjusting journal entries. Both roles involve other assigned responsibilities as well.
