What will you do as a Program Manager at our IES Communications' Greensboro Branch?
As employees of our branch in Greensboro, our Program Managers and Project Managers are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of low voltage projects. This includes ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met, as well as collaborating with the Branch Manager, Division Manager, and VP of Operations to define the program vision and strategy. They also supervise and mentor a team of experts, foster a collaborative work environment, and coordinate communication between the Sales and Pre-Construction teams to achieve program goals and meet customer requirements. Additionally, they are accountable for maintaining compliance with industry regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.
