In Raleigh, our Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor roles are pivotal in ensuring operational excellence. The DCIS Project Manager leads by managing project staff, maintaining project profitability, and serving as the liaison with customer representatives, while also directly engaging in the technical aspects like server/network equipment installation and configuration. Meanwhile, the Data Center Supervisor focuses on executing data center moves/adds/changes (MACs), overseeing hardware installations, asset management, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, all while maintaining high service availability and site readiness for our clients.
