At our Raleigh branch, the Helpdesk Administrator and Lead Helpdesk Administrator roles are pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of IES's IT infrastructure. These positions involve setting up and maintaining basic network operations, assembling network hardware, and providing comprehensive support to our team and employees. Our administrators are adept at installing and testing necessary software and hardware, supporting a range of devices including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and various copiers, alongside managing Cisco network equipment and VOIP phone systems. They excel in offering first and second level telephone support, resolving technical issues by understanding user needs, and ensuring access to network resources is seamless. Additionally, they're responsible for upgrading network printing, directory structures, security rights, and identifying opportunities to enhance support processes. Privacy policy adherence, database maintenance, inventory accuracy, system backup monitoring, and ensuring the functionality of company communication systems are also key responsibilities.
