The Purchasing Administrator in our Raleigh branch is responsible for inputting purchasing information into the accounting system, ensuring accurate GL codes, project numbers, and sales tax percentages. They also verify approvals, prepare and submit orders to vendors, validate taxable materials, and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies. Additionally, they coordinate returns and credit memos and assist with processing vendor returns. The Purchasing Administrator self-manages their workload and completes other assigned responsibilities.
