What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Raleigh Branch?
Our branch in Raleigh is currently seeking Junior System Administrators and System Administrators to join our IT team. Junior System Administrators will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support. Additionally, they will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform diagnostics of system issues, and provide remote IT support. Hardware supported will include Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, Canon printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. On the other hand, System Administrators will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also provide second and third level telephone support, diagnose network issues, and provide remote IT support. Hardware supported will include Lenovo servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and various network equipment. Both roles will provide network, PC, and software technical support, assist with server maintenance, and perform other assigned responsibilities.
