The Project Cost Analyst Manager, in addition to performing similar duties as the Analyst, also oversees the recruitment, training, and management of staff, and provides guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals. The Project Cost Supervisor supervises a team of Analysts, assists with creating review processes, attends review meetings, and works with the team on month-end closing and compliance. All three positions work closely with project accounting to ensure accurate cost posting and maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
