On the other end of the spectrum, we're seeking a Senior Lead Controls Technician—a leader who not only recruits, trains, and manages project-related staff but also serves as the linchpin for operational success. This role demands an individual adept at managing all facets of human resources issues, ensuring project profitability, scheduling workloads efficiently, and maintaining direct communication with customers.
