What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Las Cruces Branch?
Sales Operations Support Specialist: In our Las Cruces branch, the Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for receiving incoming webmail warranty requests and processing warranties on the manufacturer's website. They must save documents in the IES drive and become familiar with each manufacturer's warranty registration process. The specialist must self-manage their workload distribution and stay knowledgeable in Commscope OIP. They also monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates, maintain information on manufacturer rebate dollars and coupon management, and run monthly and quarterly revenue reviews and IESOS project visibility reports. Additionally, they provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests, Excel spreadsheets, and O&M manuals as needed.
Sales Support Specialist: In our Las Cruces branch, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for completing, submitting, and maintaining pre-qualification statements. They organize and maintain the Prequal Folders, ensuring documents are current and compliant with company Brand Guidelines. The specialist assists the sales team with RFP's/RFQ's, organizing and preparing customer proposal responses. They also assist in opening Web ID's, compiling information for opening jobs, and maintaining the IES Contractor's License per state on RFP templates. Additionally, they update proposal bid documents folders, assist with PowerPoint presentations, and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and job safety requirements. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
