What will you do as a Network Administrator at one of IES Communications' New Mexico Branches?

At IES in New Mexico, we're on the lookout for both Junior and Senior Network Administrators to join our team. Our Junior Network Administrator role is geared towards those passionate about setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks, hardware, and software, including a variety of devices from Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, HP, and more. This role involves direct support to our IT team and end-users, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of network issues, alongside remote IT support tasks. On the other hand, our Senior Network Administrator position builds upon these responsibilities by also ensuring adherence to company standards and policies, leading the charge in installing, configuring, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Both roles play a crucial part in supporting our users' access to network resources, performing network diagnostics, and contributing to the maintenance of our IP-based telephony systems.
