At IES, our Nevada branches are on the lookout for dynamic professionals to join our Building Information Modeling (BIM) team in three pivotal roles: BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, and BIM Operator. Our BIM Coordinators are the backbone of our projects, expertly guiding them from inception through completion—designing models, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring all installations precisely match the plans up to the final as-built deliverables. They engage directly with clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring compliance and excellence at every stage.

Stepping into a leadership role, our BIM Managers embody both technical acumen and managerial savvy. Beyond performing the duties of a Coordinator, they lead our BIM, CAD, and Documentation Control teams with a steady hand—overseeing department activities, staffing, and training while ensuring quality assurance across multiple projects. Their visionary approach not only ensures project success but also fosters growth and innovation within the team.

Our BIM Operators bring designs to life, creating detailed models that serve as the digital foundation for electrical raceway and telecommunication installations. Their work is crucial for detecting design clashes early on, facilitating seamless coordination throughout the construction process. By attending weekly meetings, updating models to reflect real-time changes, and providing vital support to the project team, they ensure accuracy down to the minutest detail.
