What will you do as a Sales Account Manager at our IES Communications' Fernley Branch?
As Sales Account Managers in Fernley, our duties include ensuring that sales development and closure adhere to company guidelines. We manage overall workload distribution and focus on building and maintaining relationships with industry and client stakeholders such as General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Consultants, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Partners. We also prioritize fostering positive internal relationships to promote team cohesion in a dynamic work environment. Additionally, we are responsible for managing and monitoring the prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, bid preparation, proposal submittal, contracting, and closed sales turnover processes of the branch. Regular reporting on status to management and customers, as well as reviewing and monitoring sales department goals and related issues, are part of our responsibilities. We act as the senior company liaison for sales interface with customer representatives and participate or lead sales meetings and training sessions as needed. Other assigned responsibilities may arise, and regular attendance is mandatory.
