Our team members expertly measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using an array of tools including rules, conduit benders, Chicago Benders, and Dual trigger bandsaws. They take pride in building closets, mounting and installing backboards, and ensuring proper grounding for racks, equipment, and cables. With a keen eye, they observe installed systems to identify any hazards or needs for adjustments. Their skills extend to fabricating and installing various types of conduits and raceway and cable tray systems. Emphasizing teamwork, they assume responsibility for their crew's performance, offering necessary training and coordinating personnel to meet project timelines. Adherence to all company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards is a given. Completing IES paperwork accurately and on time, these professionals also handle other responsibilities as assigned. The Lead Infrastructure Technician, in particular, takes charge of major project crews, ensures adherence to safety and quality guidelines, coordinates with Project Managers for productivity and compliance with project budgets, performs quality checks, and serves as the main on-site contact for customers.
